How to use Coach OS — step by step

Operator path after you understand the product loop: set up, Cover access, invite, run, and close — without waiting on Live Aware staff.

01

See the map

Know the pieces before you click anything.

  • You operate as a Professional on liveaware.in (Coach OS / Professional Workspace).
  • Your clients use Personal OS on the Live Aware mobile app.
  • A Program is your reusable design. A Cohort is one dated run of that Program. The Program Journey is what participants work through.
  • Live Aware Access Plans fund client access — buy inventory, then Cover with 1 plan per person you sponsor.
02

Create your account & open Workspace

Same Live Aware identity; Professional context for operate.

  • Sign up or sign in on liveaware.in with the email you will use for your practice.
  • Open Professional Workspace (/workspace/professional). Confirm you can see Programs, Cohorts, and Live Aware Access Plans.
  • Optional: on mobile, open Coach Hub with the same account if you will guide from your phone.
03

Download the Live Aware app

You need the app to understand the client experience — they need it to join.

  • Install Live Aware on your phone and log in with the same account.
  • Walk the personal side briefly so you can explain Journey, consent, and daily practice in plain language.
  • Tell participants: this is a program cohort — not a random app download ad.

Get the Live Aware app

Share these links with participants after (or with) the invite.

Get it on Google PlayDownload on the App Store
04

Create a Program

Your intellectual structure — reusable across cohorts.

  • In Professional Workspace → Programs, create a Program with a clear name and intent (what transformation this run is for).
  • Add the curriculum / assignments you intend: modules, reflections, practices, Video Library items as applicable.
  • Do not use Enterprise Leadership Message content for Self-Serve Program OS — keep Program media on the Program path.
05

Create one Cohort

A dated run of your Program for a real group.

  • Under that Program, create a Cohort with start/end dates and a status you understand (draft vs active).
  • Decide invite list size N before you buy Access Plans or send invites.
  • Start with one cohort. Master the loop once before scaling.
06

Buy Access Plans & Cover participants

Hard gate before invites — avoid registration without usable access.

  • Open Live Aware Access Plans on liveaware.in (Professional Workspace) or in the mobile Coach Hub → Access Plans.
  • Buy the quantity you need (monthly or annual) through Easebuzz. Available inventory should increase — website and app share the same inventory.
  • When ready to fund someone: Cover with 1 plan — Available decreases by one; that person becomes Covered. Duration starts on assignment.
  • On mobile you can also Cover from Cohort Members when funding status shows Needs Cover.
  • Referral codes attribute relationships only — they do not enroll someone in a cohort or consume inventory.
  • Do not send invites until Available ≥ N (or you have a clear Cover plan for each invitee).
07

Invite participants

Enrollment into your cohort — after Cover readiness.

  • From the cohort, send invitations to your finalized list.
  • Confirm emails arrive (check spam with one test address).
  • Share a short orientation: why this cohort exists, what to do each week, what consent means, how you will guide.
08

Help them onboard (Day 0–2)

Success = joined + consented + Journey opened once.

  • Participant installs Live Aware, creates/logs into their account, and accepts the invite.
  • They appear on your cohort roster.
  • They complete Program Share Consent (accept or decline — be ready to explain honestly).
  • They open Program Journey (or My Programs) and start the first assignment or module.
09

Run the cohort

Continuity between sessions — guidance, not surveillance theater.

  • Keep Journey work current: assignments, practices, reflections.
  • Use Participant Intelligence and Cohort Intelligence (consent-filtered) to see where people are stuck.
  • Send Coach Guidance / interventions when needed — recommend the next aligned action.
  • Hold your mid-cohort check-in. Adjust pacing if the group drifts.
10

Close & continue with Live Aware

Transformation should continue after the cohort.

  • Complete / close the cohort when the run ends.
  • Tell participants clearly: their Live Aware User account persists — they can keep using Personal OS without you operating every day.
  • Optional: Advisory Circle or independent modules as a soft next step — not required for a successful close.

You can operate Programs and Cohorts on liveaware.in. Download the app anyway so you understand the participant experience — and so you can use Coach Hub if you guide on the go. Participants almost always need the app for Journey and daily practice.
